We are not able to exchange or refund our products for any reasons other than a damaged or defective item on delivery. This is mainly due to the product type we offer.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
